WACKER Silres BS 16

Đặc điểm Characteristics     WACKER Silres BS®16 là dạng dung dịch của Potassium Methyl Siliconate và được sử dụng dưới dạng pha loãng dùng để chống thấm cho các loại vật liệu xây dựng có nguồn gốc tự nhiên.      WACKER Silres BS®16 phát triển khả năng chống thấm trên bề mặt vật liệu bằng cách phản ứng với khí CO2 trong không khí.    Tương tự như tất cả các dạng silicon, WACKER Silres BS®16  có thể để lại kết tủa màu trắng trên bề mặt các vật liệu xây dựng có màu sắc. WACKER Silres BS® 16 is an aqueous solution of potassium methyl siliconate and is used in diluted form for impregnation mineral construction materials to make them water-repellent. WACKER Silres BS® 16 develops its water-repellent properties by reaction with atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2). The active substance formed from the silicone masonry water repellent is polymethylsilicic acid. As with all siliconates, however, WACKER Silres BS® 16 can cause a white deposit on the surface of colored construction materials. Sử dụng Processing WACKER Silres BS®16 sau khi pha loãng với nước được cho thẩm thấu lên bề mặt vật liệu xây dựng bằng cách phun, nhúng hoặc quét để tạo thành lớp phủ chống thấm đồng nhất. Diluted with water WACKER Silres BS® 16 is used for impregnating the surface of construction materials when a suitable means of achieving an adequate, uniform coating, eg, dipping, is available. Pha loãng Dilution WACKER Silres BS®16 được cung cấp ở dạng đạm dặc và được pha loãng ngay trước khi sử dụng. Nước máy thông thường có thể sử dụng để pha loãng. Cách tốt nhất là cho từ từ WACKER Silres BS®16 vào nước khuấy đều. Tỷ lệ pha: ( tùy theo độ rỗng bề mặt) 1:15 đến 1:35 WACKER Silres BS® 16 is supplied as a concentrate and is diluted with water before use. Ordinary tap water may be used. It is best to add the WACKER Silres BS® 16  water repellent to the water with vigorous stirring. Dilution ratio: ( depend on the surface condition ) 1 : 15  to  1 : 35 Hướng dẫn an toàn Safety instructions WACKER Silres BS®16 là hóa chất ăn mòn và có tính kiềm tính mạnh ở 2 dạng đậm đặc và pha loãng. Luôn mang găng tay cao su khi sử dụng sản phẩm này. Khi bị dính lên da phải rửa ngay bằng nước sạch. Nếu hóa chất rơi vào mắt phải rửa ngay bằng nước sạch và đưa vào bệnh viện. Quần áo bị thấm ướt hóa chất WACKER Silres BS®16 phải được thay ra ngay. WACKER Silres BS® 16 is strongly alkaline and corrosive both as a concentrate and in its diluted form. Goggles should always be worn when handling the product. Any splashes on the skin should be washed off with plenty of water. If any of the product gets into the eyes, wash them immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice because of the effect of the corrosive alkali. Clothing wetted with WACKER Silres BS® 16 must be taken off immediately. Bảo quản Storage stability WACKER Silres BS®16 phải được bảo quản trong thùng sắt, nhựa hoặc thủy tinh, không được chứa trong thùng thiếc, nhôm. Trong thùng chứa còn nguyên niêm phong, WACKER Silres BS®16 có tuổi thọ ít nhất là 12 tháng ở cả hai dạng nguyên chất hoặc pha loãng. Nhiệt độ bảo quan không dưới – 800C. Khi pha loãng, sản phẩm phải được khuấy thật đều. Sản phẩm sau khi pha loãng phải được bảo quản ở nhiệt độ trên 00C. WACKER Silres BS® 16 should be stored in iron drums, plastic or glass containers. Tinplate, aluminium or galvanized or lacquered containers are not suitable. In the sealed container, WACKER Silres BS® 16 has a shelf life of at least 12 months, both in its concentrated and diluted form. Storage temperatures should not drop below – 80 °C. The product must then be stirred thoroughly. The diluted product should always be stored at a temperature above 0°C.
